We gots Land :)

After a long tedious "indecisive" journey (1 and a half years) in looking for land, house, house and land. We have finally acquired on a piece of land in Middleton Grange earlier this year.

We initially wanted a nice large block, but nothing in the area we wanted at the price we wanted :( boo!! So no big, wide one story house plans anymore.

Long story short we are now owners of a clean 480m2 square block of land and a nice open living 2 storey house is on its way....

The land we had purchased was not registered at the time of purchase, but after a few long months, its finally happened and settlement was complete yay!!

House + Builder = Our dream house project

When we thought land was hard to find and decide on, the type of house design was much more difficult.

We had been to so many display houses, Homeworld at Kellyville, Camden, display villages at The Ponds and a dozen other places.

Masterton, Allworth, Clarendon and Metricon.

etc.

All great builders builders but.... nothing that suited our preference which is cheap and cheap jk lol.

We short listed our selection between Adenbrook an Rawson Homes.

After we had sat down with both tenders and nutted out all the fine details, we decided on Rawson Homes. Clear reason was that with Rawson they had display houses in which we were able to see the workmanship, quality and the standards first hand.

With the other builder, they did not have any but one display home in Sydney as the originated from Brisbane.

What we were after was a nice big open living house and plenty of entertaining space.

Rawson had a new design which was just released and was similar to anyone one of there display designs.

This design is The Cammeray. We chose the largest of the design which is the 36sq plan.

We are stoked at the design and layout.
